By placing an order with Nuggets Marketplace LLC you agree to these terms. Please read the condition and delivery sections carefully — they're the ones that matter most.
Nuggets sells scratch-and-dent, open-box, and returned appliances. These are not new retail units. Every item has been discounted because of some combination of cosmetic damage, missing original packaging, or a prior return.
Every item is sold AS-IS.
We photograph each unit as it actually sits, including a close-up of the damage, and we describe the defects we find in the listing. What you see is the unit you get — we don't use stock photos.
That said, these are discounted goods and you should expect imperfections: dents, scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic blemishes are normal and are the reason the price is what it is. A cosmetic defect shown or described in the listing is not a defect for the purposes of a return.
Except for the 7-day working-condition guarantee in our Returns Policy, and any manufacturer warranty that came with the unit, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent Arizona law allows.
Where we can't verify something, we say so. Our storage facility has no water or 240-volt power, so washers, dishwashers, electric dryers, and electric ranges cannot be operationally tested before sale. Listings for those items say so plainly. Your 7-day guarantee still applies to them.
The price shown when you add an item to your cart is the price you pay. Some items carry a nugget — a lower price that's revealed when you add the item to your cart. When a nugget appears, that revealed price is your price. Not every item has one, and we make no promise about which items do.
Prices include delivery within our service area. Arizona sales tax is added at checkout.
Every listing is a single physical unit. When it sells, it's gone. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it; the unit is yours when your payment completes.
We accept cards through Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.
Delivery is included in the price — there's no separate fee — within our Phoenix-area service area. You'll see whether we serve your ZIP code at checkout.
We deliver on scheduled days and you pick your window at checkout.
What's included: we bring the unit into your home and place it in the room you choose, on the ground floor.
Stairs: arrange with us in advance. We'll do what we safely can with the crew and equipment on hand, and we may decline if it isn't safe.
Installation and hookup are NOT included. We do not connect gas lines, water lines, or 240-volt circuits, and we do not haul away your old appliance. Please arrange a licensed installer.
What we need from you: someone 18 or older present to receive the delivery, a clear path from the street to the room, and doorways your appliance actually fits through. Measure before you order — a unit that won't fit through your door isn't a defect, and getting it back on the truck costs us a delivery slot.
If nobody is home for a scheduled delivery, we'll reschedule. A second missed delivery may incur a redelivery charge.
Ownership and risk pass to you when the unit is delivered and you've confirmed receipt.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place your order is the one that governs it.
