Nuggets Marketplace LLC ("Nuggets," "we," "us") operates shopfornuggets.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
When you create an account: your email address and a password. We never store your password itself — only a scrambled version that can't be reversed.
When you place an order: your name, delivery address, and phone number. We need these to bring an appliance to your door.
When you pay: nothing. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and your card number goes directly to them. It never touches our servers and we never see it. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits.
Automatically, as you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the items you look at. This comes from cookies and similar technology.
We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you viewed and whether you added an item to your cart or completed a purchase, so we can show ads to people who have visited us before. We do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, or delivery address.
You can limit this in your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, or block it with most ad blockers and browser tracking protection. The site works normally either way.
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
We do not sell your personal information, and we never will. We don't rent, trade, or hand over customer lists. The only other time we'd share anything is if the law required it.
Order records are kept for at least four years — tax and warranty claims both need them. If you close your account, we delete your profile but keep the order records for that period.
Email us at info@shopfornuggets.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We'll respond within 30 days.
You can turn off cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of checkout may not work if you block all of them.
This site isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we'll update the version and date at the top. Material changes get an email to account holders.
